We are thrilled and excited that previous Chief Executive, Mrs Pam Dennis has been honoured in Her Majesty the Queen’s 2008 Birthday Honours. Mrs Dennis has been nominated a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE).

Supporting Local People with Sight Loss to live Independently

GAB works hard to eradicate the feeling of isolation and loss of independence that can occur when someone loses their eyesight. We have a team of dedicated and skilled workers who aim to help blind and partially sighted people.

A Resource Centre with a range of useful aids to daily living.
Our Newsletter is available on tape, in large print or in Braille.
Social Clubs in Abergavenny, Abertillery, Blackwood, Newport, Risca, Ebbw Vale, Torfaen, and Tredegar.
We are agents for the British Wireless for the Blind Fund
