GAB Resource Centre is located at our purpose built premises at Bradbury House in Pontypool. The Centre is a place where blind and visually impaired people can visit and examine all sorts of special items which are available to help them carry out simple, everyday tasks more easily.
The Centre boasts an amazing array of gadgets from talking clocks and watches to monitors called liquid level indicators which when placed in a teacup bleep when you have poured enough water.
We stock large print diaries and calendars. We have cooking equipment to help visually impaired people to be independent. We even have talking scales!.

The Resource Centre is open Monday to Friday 10.00-3.00 pm. Please feel free to pop in for a cup of tea and a biscuit and browse around in our Resource Centre and talk to our experienced and friendly Resource Centre assistant.
